Terms and conditions
At this stage, you can create a photographer profile, submit and manage enquiries, exchange messages and review proposals. Accepting a proposal records the agreed terms; it does not verify a payment or a confirmed booking. Payments are not yet active.
The operator’s identity, address and contact details are provided in the privacy notice.
1. Creating your profile
Creating a profile is free. Photographers provide their details, images and service offer. Completing it saves a private presentation; it does not publish or activate the profile or guarantee enquiries.
2. Prices set by the photographer
Photographers set their session price, duration, included photos, delivery and additional services. Poseaway shows indicative ranges by destination and duration, based on published offers. The individual offer and total payable will be shown before an order is confirmed.
3. Order commission
The customer fee is 5% of the session price set by the photographer. The photographer fee is 15% of the same price, deducted from their earnings. Both fees are calculated separately on the base price, with no commission charged on the other fee.
For a session priced at €200, the customer pays €210, the photographer receives €170 before their own tax obligations, and Poseaway retains a total of €40. Public price ranges include the customer fee.
The applicable terms must be accepted before receiving or confirming orders. The version and amounts will be stored with each order; later changes must not affect confirmed orders. Tax treatment, payment collection and refund terms will be specified before payments are activated.

4. Materials and publication
Photographers must have the right to share the materials they submit. Authorisation during profile creation covers storage and internal review. Publishing profiles and images, including credits, channels and permitted uses, requires a separate step.
5. Enquiries and proposals
Customers access their request through verified email sign-in. The assigned photographer can reply and submit a proposal with the date, location, price and delivery details. Customers see the terms before accepting; later changes do not alter an accepted proposal. Availability must be confirmed with the photographer. Calendar integration and automatic payment collection are not active; purchase arrangements will be communicated before any payment is requested.
